NIHR School for Social Care Research: Funding Opportunities

The NIHR’s School for Social Care Research (SSCR) has recently announced the availability of funding for research projects investigating specific questions around adult social care in England:

SSCR is pleased to invite full research proposals for research projects to address twelve specific research questions. SSCR is seeking innovative proposals in response to one or more of these questions with a clear element of originality, which demonstrate relevance for, and potential improvements to, adult social care practice in England.

The research brief contains full details of the research questions to be addressed as well as an explanation of the selection criteria to be used.

Costs are payable at 100% FEC. The deadline for proposals is 12th May 2011. Applicants must register on the LSE’s online In-tend tendering system to apply.
