UKRO to Visit Lincoln on the 25th February

The University of Lincoln’s UK Research Office European Advisor, Edward Heelas, will be visiting the university on Tuesday 25th February. The agenda for the day has now been finalised and is as follows:

9:00-10:30 Horizon 2020 Overview
10:30-11 Coffee Break
11:00-12:30pm Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (NCP:UKRO*)
12:30-1:30pm Lunch
1:30-3:00pm European Research Council (NCP:UKRO*)

The UK Research Office (http://www.ukro.ac.uk/Pages/UKRO.aspx) is the Europe-based office of RCUK, providing information and advice on European Union funding for research and higher education. In addition to supporting UK universities with the new Horizon 2020 funding programme, UKRO are also the UK National Contact Point for the prestigious European Research Council funding grants and the Marie Curie schemes within Horizon 2020.

All will take place in Think Tank in the Orange Room. Attendance is open to all University of Lincoln Academic and Support staff. If you would like to attend any or all of the above please email research@lincoln.ac.uk with details of what which sessions.
