Undergraduate Research Opportunities Scheme

The Centre for Educational Research and Development at the University of Lincoln has recently announced a funding opportunity for undergraduate students and staff. The UROS scheme is part of the Student as Producer project, funded by the Higher Education Academy:

The Undergraduate Research Opportunities Scheme is designed to encourage undergraduates to become involved in the research work of the University, thereby contributing to that work, and developing their own research and transferable skills. Student Bursaries of up to £1000 are available to support projects that will normally be completed during the summer vacation. Applications should be submitted collaboratively by the staff and students particpating in the project.

The dealine for applications is 11 March 2011.
