The National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) Invention for Innovation (i4i) programme invites research proposals to develop new healthcare technologies for the benefit of patients. Product Development Awards support the development of innovative healthcare technologies including medical devices, active implantable devices and in vitro diagnostic devices, as well as the development of techniques or technologies that could have a potential impact if applied in a healthcare setting.

The closing date for applications is 13 June 2012 at 5pm.
